Artist Data License Agreement

ActAlikes — Effective June 2026

This Agreement is between ActAlikes ("we," "us") and the artist, label, or authorized representative ("you") who registers for and purchases an Artist License. By checking the agreement box at registration and completing payment, you accept these terms.

1. What you are licensing

The Artist License provides access to a dashboard showing anonymous, device-level advertising identifiers associated with attendance at your past concert events, and the ability to download lists of those identifiers within a geographic radius you select. The data consists of device-level identifiers only and contains no personally identifying information.

2. License fee and refresh subscription

The license is $299, charged at purchase, and covers access to the then-current data. An ongoing subscription of $29 per month begins approximately 30 days after purchase and covers continued dashboard access and data refreshes, which occur on a quarterly cycle. If the monthly subscription lapses, dashboard access and downloads are suspended until it resumes.

3. Radius limit

Searches and downloads are limited to a 50-mile radius per pull. You may perform pulls for as many of your own event markets as you wish while your license and subscription are active.

4. Permitted use

You may use downloaded identifiers solely to promote your own events, music, and ministry — for example, by uploading them to an advertising platform to reach those devices with your advertising.

5. Prohibited uses

• No reselling, sublicensing, publishing, or sharing the data with any third party other than an advertising platform acting on your behalf.
• No attempting to re-identify any device, individual, or household, or to combine the data with other data for that purpose.
• No use of the data to promote events, products, or causes other than your own.
• No sharing of your private access link or key. You are responsible for activity under your key.

Please be aware: every data delivery is seeded with control identifiers unique to your license. These markers are invisible in normal use, but they allow ActAlikes to identify the source of any list that is shared, resold, or used outside this Agreement. Misuse of the data is therefore visible and attributable to ActAlikes, and will result in termination under Section 7 and may result in legal action.

6. Data accuracy

Device data is gathered from third-party mobile location sources and reflects past event attendance signals. It is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every identifier is currently active, reachable, or belongs to a unique individual, and we make no guarantee of advertising results.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, with no refund of the license fee. You may cancel the monthly subscription at any time; cancellation stops future refreshes and suspends dashboard access but does not refund prior payments.

8. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of this Agreement.

9. General

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. This is the entire agreement between us regarding the Artist License.
